Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
  • Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons or sales events.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Delivery times vary based on your location and the selected shipping method. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
    • Standard Shipping: 4-8 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 3 business days

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your package directly through our third-party logistics (3PL) partner’s portal.

International Shipping

  • We currently ship within the United States. For international orders, shipping rates and times will vary. Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees upon delivery.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
  • Certain products may have shipping restrictions based on state or international regulations.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team at Basedtanproducts@gmail.com. We will work with our 3PL provider to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
